Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Our commitment

The Framework Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website inclusive and usable by as many people as possible. We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing responsibility, and we treat it as a core part of how we design, build, and maintain our digital presence.

Conformance level

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA standard, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We have implemented the technical foundations described below and continue to audit and remediate our content, code, and third-party integrations on an ongoing basis.

The four WCAG principles

Perceivable

Information and user-interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive. We provide text alternatives for non-text content, captions for media, and content that adapts without losing meaning.

Operable

User-interface components and navigation must be operable. All functionality is available from a keyboard, pages have descriptive titles and logical focus order, and users can bypass repeated blocks with a skip link.

Understandable

Content and the operation of the user interface must be understandable. Pages use plain language where possible, consistent navigation, and input fields with clear labels and error identification.

Robust

Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies. We use semantic HTML landmarks and ARIA attributes so screen readers can navigate our pages.

Accessibility features

Keyboard navigation

Every interactive element can be reached and operated using only a keyboard. A visible focus indicator follows the focused element, and a "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page when navigating by keyboard.

Visible focus indicators

We maintain a clear, high-contrast focus outline on all focusable elements so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page.

Resizable text

Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function. Our on-page accessibility widget lets visitors increase text size further and switch to a more readable typeface.

Reduced motion

We respect the operating system "reduce motion" preference. When enabled, animations and transitions are minimized. The accessibility widget also offers a manual reduce-motion toggle.

Color contrast

We design color combinations to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios for body text, headings, and user-interface components. The accessibility widget offers a high-contrast mode and color inversion for visitors who need it.

Assistive technology support

Pages use semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer, navigation) and ARIA labels so screen readers and other assistive technologies can understand and navigate the content.

On-page accessibility widget

A persistent accessibility button on every page lets visitors adjust text size, contrast, color inversion, link underlining, heading highlights, text spacing, and cursor size. Settings are saved per device.

Alternative contact methods

If you cannot access any content or complete any action on this website, contact us using the details below and we will provide the information in an accessible format or assist you by phone or email.

Known limitations

While we strive for full conformance, we acknowledge the following limitations and are actively working to address them:

  • •Third-party content: Some embedded media, maps, or partner tools may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with vendors to encourage improved accessibility and provide alternative access to information where possible.
  • •Downloadable documents: PDFs and other documents linked from the site may not all be fully accessible. If you encounter an inaccessible document, contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
  • •Ongoing remediation: Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We welcome reports of specific barriers so we can prioritize and fix them promptly.

Feedback and reporting

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, or if you believe any content is not accessible to people with disabilities, please contact us. We take all reports seriously and will work to provide the information you need in an accessible format, typically within two business days. Please include the page address (URL) and a description of the specific issue you encountered.

Compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and voice-recognition software. Older browsers or assistive technologies may not fully support all features.

Review of this statement

We review this accessibility statement regularly and update it to reflect changes to our website and our progress toward full conformance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent review.
