Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website of The Framework Group ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), you ("you," "user," or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use this website or engage our services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. No guarantee of outcome

All services provided by The Framework Group — including but not limited to business consulting, technology strategy, software engineering, network and security implementation, mobile development, brand consulting, and project management — are advisory and professional in nature. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant any specific outcome, result, revenue increase, cost savings, performance level, or business improvement arising from our work. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your internal execution, market conditions, third-party platforms, and unforeseen technical or operational constraints. Any estimates, projections, or examples provided are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of future results.

3. Project timelines

Timelines and delivery dates provided in proposals, statements of work, or project plans are good-faith estimates and are not binding deadlines. Logistical, enterprise, and large-scale implementation projects may take over six (6) months to complete, and in some cases substantially longer. Delays may arise from scope changes, client-side review cycles, third-party dependencies, data migration, security reviews, or factors beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate progress in good faith, but we are not liable for failure to meet any estimated date.

4. Fees and no refunds

All fees for services are due as specified in your engagement agreement, statement of work, or invoice. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Company, all payments are non-refundable. This includes engagement deposits, milestone payments, retainer fees, subscription fees, and completed work. We do not offer refunds for services already performed, deliverables already provided, or time already incurred, regardless of project outcome, cancellation, or change in business direction. If a charge is disputed in error, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to systems and personnel, required approvals, and the resources necessary for us to perform the work. Delays or failures caused by missing client inputs, unavailable stakeholders, or incomplete data are not the responsibility of the Company and may affect timelines and fees.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment of all applicable fees. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and the "Framework One" methodology. We may use your name and project description for marketing and case-study purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the services or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. No warranties

The services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result or recommendation will achieve a particular purpose.

9. Third-party services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools, platforms, and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any engagement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Framework Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
